About Me

My name is Lauren, and I am Life at an Eleven.  On a scale from 1 to 10, I always strive to be an ELEVEN!  

I am a self-proclaimed HOT-MESS who seems to have only 2 settings to life, I operate at a slothful "2" or an amped-up "11".  I have always been like this since I was a kid, where people just stand back whenever motivation hits me.  It is like a weird combination of ADHD and OCD collide into something beautiful. 

GYPSY ~ I have an innate need to travel...it is like an itch that I have to scratch.  I am always looking for a new adventure.  For a new part of the world to uncover.

THRIFTY ~ I love to travel but still have bills to pay and mouths to feed.  Our 3 boys eat a lot and seem to be in a race to outgrow their clothes.  There isn't much money left after taking care of everyone, so we have to be smart.  We manage to travel to amazing places while still paying bills.

Traveling doesn't have to cost a fortune, as long as you have a good plan.  Not everyone loves planning as much as I do, so I am here to share my secrets with the world.  I always made crazy guides for my family and any adventure that we went on, no matter how small.  I would study the internet to find if there was a better way to proceed in life, only to be left wanting more...so my family encouraged me to stop hiding and become that more that others like me were searching for!
