Disney Bounding...Kevin from UP!

Disney Bounding is such a fun way to celebrate your Disney side and carry the MAGIC with you wherever you go! This is a subtler way for people to express their Disney love that has a more fashion forward feeling.

So how can you Disneybound?

I have 5 steps that I follow for designing every Disneybound outfit, that I will share with you to help make this fun idea more attainable in your everyday life. This post is for Kevin from UP!

• Break it down Kevin is known for his royal blue body and fun colorful head and tail. He is a very bold character that stands out.

• Pick your pieces I chose to highlight the blue with a long royal blue maxi dress. I was challenged to find a fun way to show off his plumage in a way that I would actually wear in public. I discovered this amazing swim kimono that was the perfect piece. This gave the look a fun yet fashionable look.

• Accessorize I wanted to show Kevin's head plumage in a way that would still be natural for me to wear into the world. I had a great bohemian feather headband that nodded to his fun feather crown. I then added my coral sandals to add extra fluffy flair.

• Have others join in on the fun One of my littles "B" joined in on the fun and put on his Russel shirt and backpack so that he could play with me. B was so excited to be a part of the fun, and the day was more exciting for me as well.

I usually plan out my outfits far in advance because...well, because I am over the top and completely crazy pants. Here is what my design boards look like as I figure out what items I can use from my closet (or what I "need" to buy).
